1. What are "Premium-SMS"?
SMS stands for “Short Message Service” and is a text message with a maximum of 160 symbols that is sent via or to a mobile device.“Premium-SMS” utilizes the same technology for a value-added service with costs. The customer pays for the received data by sending a SMS to a Short ID (e.g. 974 in Switzerland).

2. What is the advantage of Premium-SMS?
By using Premium-SMS you can conveniently and effortlessly charge customers for chargeable content and data which can be billed directly via SMS.

3. Which Premium-SMS rates does Apollo Mobile offer?
We offer rates from CHF 0,20 to CHF 3,00 (in CHF 0,10 steps) via Short ID in all Swiss networks. Special rates upon request.

4. What is the difference between Standard Services and Extended Services?
Standard Services describe the range of services that are made available for the customers of Apollo Mobile for a low basic fee. The Extended Services offer an expanded range of services with more possibilities in their application. They are furnished with additional costs for supply and monthly use. 5. What are “Keywords”?
In order to allocate a sent Premium-SMS, the message needs a once determined keyword (e.g. ‘Send APOLLO to 974’. It has to be included in the first message of the customer to the Apollo System in order to connect the recipient with you and your service.

6. What do MO and MT stand for?
MO stands for ‚mobile originated’ and labels the incoming SMS. On the other hand, MT stands for ‘mobile terminated’, that is to say Apollo Mobile’s outgoing SMS.

7. What is "SMS WAP Push"?
Chargeable data (ring tones, logos etc.) are made available and billed via SMS WAP Push. The customer can download the data using a link which was received via SMS. After the download the respective sum is billed via confirmation-SMS.

8. What is the SMS Verification Service?
This service ensures data security and misapplication protection. It serves as verification for participants und can additionally be used as a login-function for a service or internet site.

9. How much can one earn with an SMS?
Your margin of profit depends on the product package you have chosen and upon the number of SMS you converted. Please contact us for further price details.

10. Where does one get an overview of ones activities and statistics?
You can access your administration domain at any time to gain insight into your turnover figures and accounting status. Besides viewing statistics of your activities, which are updated every second, you can change all of your settings for the Apollo Services in use.
